Receive FREE standard shipping across Australia on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 will be charged a $10 flat rate.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping at a flat rate of $25.

All international orders are sent via Australia Post. Delivery times vary based on your location, but generally, it can take anywhere from 7 to 21 business days. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your parcel’s journey.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post unless stated otherwise.

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email (please check your junk/spam mail if you cannot find your shipping confirmation email).

Please allow up to 2 business days for in-stock items to be shipped.

Please note—that once your parcel leaves our warehouse, we no longer have control over its shipping. All orders are sent via Australia Post. While we’re happy to assist with tracking, we’re not responsible for lost, missing, or damaged parcels.

Something not quite right?

We accept returns within 14-days.

If you're not completely satisfied or have changed your mind, you can return any full-priced item (including those purchased with a discount code) within 14 days for a store credit or exchange—redeemable in-store or online.

Refunds

As a small business, we can’t offer refunds unless your item is faulty.

Sale Items

Items marked SALE are final sale and cannot be returned, unless faulty.

Important

  • All returns must be unworn, unused, free from scent and in original unmarked condition with all tags attached. Hey Love reserves the right to deny return of goods that do not meet these requirements.
  • Hey Love is not responsible for the cost of returning goods (unless the garment is faulty).
  • Store credit does not include postage charges.
  • While we will do our best to faciliate exchanges—we cannot guarantee availability of the desired good. If we cannot faciliate your exchange request—a store credit will be issued.
  • For hygenic reasons we cannot accept returns on swimwear, skincare, or dummies.
  • Hey Love is not responsible for transit of returned goods. Please consider purchasing insurance for return shipping.
